How long can I keep bagged cotton candy?
The cotton candy starts to shrink the minute you bag it. In the cool months, it will last from one to two days, in the hot months, you may have less than 6 - 8 hours shelf life.

*What makes your product "organic"?
Tasty Clouds Cotton Candy Company orders our cotton candy base from reputable, USDA Certified suppliers. Please note the term "organic" refers to our organic cotton candy flavors.

How much sugar is there in one serving of cotton candy cone?
There is only 1 oz of sugar on one serving of our cone. The rest is all air. It has less sugar than a can of soda.

What are the nutrition facts of one serving of cotton candy?
One serving has approximately 26.3 grams of carbs and no fat and about 100 calories.

Do you require deposit to reserve an equipment and services?
Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve our equipment and services for your event. The $50.00 deposit is applied to the rental cost of your order. Please note that once we reserved your date of event, we turn down other events to honor our commitment to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 2 day cancellation notice. A charge of $50.00 is applied for cancellation within 2 days prior to the event.

How much do you charge for delivery for machine rental?
Delivery charges will vary depending upon the area. Please call us for details.

What areas do you service?
We service all of Southern California for our machine rental and Los Angeles County for individual cone delivery.

Do you handle large orders delivered to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! Please contact us to assure accuracy and efficiency with your order.

Do you offer shipping?
We are currently looking into this option.

What is your rental period?
Rental period is up to 2 hours. Most parties especially, especially children's, only last for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Other arrangements maybe possible upon request. Check out our machine rentals page for more info.

Do I have to tip the attendant or server?
Tips are not required, but always graciously accepted.

Where is the best place for me to store my bagged cotton candy?
Your cotton candy should be stored in a cool, dry place as heat and humidity affects the shelf life of your cotton candy.
